About the role
As a Placement Relationship Manager (PRM) you're the single point of contact for a book of clients moving through placements. From the first inquiry to an active engagement, the relationship is yours: you answer questions quickly, keep clients informed and moving, resolve issues before they grow, and turn interest into signed engagements. It's customer support, inquiry management and consultative sales in one seat.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Own a book of client relationships from first inquiry through active placement.
- Handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and chat within SLA — clear, warm and on-brand.
- Run consultative sales conversations: understand goals, present the right options, close.
- Support clients at every stage of their placement and resolve issues within your authorised scope.
- Keep the CRM current so the whole team sees the same picture of every client.
- Cover scheduled shifts aligned to US business hours — predictable coverage matters.
Profile
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer support, account management or sales — ideally a mix.
- Confident on the phone and polished in writing.
- Comfortable balancing support work and sales targets in the same day.
- Organised and reliable on follow-through — nothing slips, no one is left waiting.
- Comfort with HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom or a similar CRM / support stack.
- Predictable availability across US business hours.
