Every engagement begins with a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. All Outbridge staff assigned to your account sign individual confidentiality undertakings before access is granted. Confidential information — including customer data, business processes, pricing and strategy — is used only to perform the agreed services, is never disclosed to third parties, and these obligations continue after the engagement ends.
We apply least-privilege access: agents receive only the systems and data needed for their role. Credentials are shared through secure means, access is revoked promptly when no longer required, and personal data is processed only on your documented instructions. We support reasonable data-protection requests, including deletion and return of data at the end of an engagement.
Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed, with a clear scope of work, rates and a dedicated point of contact. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees, billing cycles and any role changes are documented in your service agreement — no hidden charges, no automatic long-term lock-ins.
All work product created for you during an engagement — documents, content, data and deliverables — belongs to you. Outbridge claims no ownership over your materials or the outputs our team produces on your behalf, subject to settlement of agreed fees.
Our teams act professionally and lawfully on your behalf and follow your brand guidelines and approved processes. We reserve the right to decline work that is unlawful, abusive, or that would require staff to misrepresent themselves in ways that breach applicable regulations.
Only vetted Outbridge team members assigned to your account access your systems. Where tools or sub-processors are involved in delivery, we disclose them on request and ensure equivalent confidentiality commitments are in place.
